Curry Roberts with the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance and Dr. Lance Gentry with the Center for Business Research at UMW talk about an updated commuter skills study that found a growing number of residents drive out of the area for jobs. The study also found the education level in the community has risen since the last survey.
