(Richmond)- The American Red Cross is in desperate need of blood donors. Officials are calling the problem a crisis and say the recent inclement weather has played a role in the shortage. The COVID-19 pandemic has also made people not want to donate. Now, the Red Cross is looking for donors and volunteers to help fill the gaps.
